PAYMENT TERMS

0th Root Software Research Private Limited ("0^th Root") provides licenses to 0th Root Secure Network ("0SNet") software. The licenses are downloaded by 0SNet automatically, and are uniquely identified by a license key. A price per user is charged for the licenses. And, the following terms and conditions are applicable,

• Invoices are sent as email attachments. To receive invoices by ordinary post we are entitled to charge a reasonable service fee.

• Payment should reach 0^th Root before the due date mentioned in invoice. On Payment default, 0^th Root

  • has the right to suspend or terminate the license provided to use 0SNet, and
  • refuse any and all current or future use of 0SNet (or any portion thereof)

• 0^th Root is not responsible for any additional bank fees, interest charges, finance charges, over draft charges, or other fees resulting from invoice payment. 0^th Root does not provide pro-rated refunds for unused time period. All Payments are non-refundable, unless expressly stated otherwise or otherwise provided by applicable law. The costs of any refunds if permitted will be at your expense, unless otherwise provided by applicable law.

• When a chargeback or other payment dispute occurs, license provided to use 0SNet may be suspended until the payment dispute is resolved and any payment and/or associated fees are paid in full.

0^th Root may update these terms and conditions at any time and without prior notice by posting a new version at http://0snet.info.
